Add all of these together and it means your happy, Fuel Celled Outposts can produce a Settler every. Coupled with the tier 1 Tigran economic governing perk, your Settlers now cost only 187 Gold and 1500 population. ![]() It also enables the Mana Fuel Cells strategic spell (+20 city production). Dreadnought adds +5 gold to Farms and Gold Mines. ![]() + 395 food (Expander with basic techs researched + Grey Guard Adept) With the above setup, your Outpost size cities will have the following beyond their normal output: This is a pacifist strategy but it's so powerful you can easily wage and win wars while doing this simultaneously because you'll be so far ahead of other, more 'normal' empires from around turn 10 their superior combat perks won't help them. You are going to be founding tiny little hovels everywhere, completely dotting the map with your microscopic, ultra-high output mini-metropolises. The concept of this strategy is abusing the incredibly high potential - especially gold output - of even tiny Tigran cities to the max while also taking advantage of Tigran movement speed.
